Dear Mr Osmore
I want to pay tribute to your engineer, Steve, who encountered various difficulties during the recent fitting of the boiler as to location, height and available drainage. He tackled each problem positively and cheerfully and overcame each one expertly and resourcefully particularly in locating a different drainage source through a wall into a bathroom. You have in him a first class man; you may be interested to know that another firm invited to quote said that it was impossible to find a boiler which would fit the space and another I am sure would have failed when it came to the drainage. I would like your firm to deal with annual servicing and any other plumbing here.

I write to express my satisfaction with the work carried out by your firm on the 27th June 2011. My initial phone call was answered promptly and the person was very helpful, telling me an engineer would be with me between 2pm and 5pm. The engineer, Scott, phones before 2pm to ascertain whether parts should be purchased before the arrived. Scott arrived at 2pm and worked solidly for 2 hours on that extremely hot afternoon, diagnosing the problem in detail, telling me what could be done to put the situation to rights and informing me of any options there might be. He was able to answer all of my queries so that I now understand more about the hot water system than ever before. I should like to thank both your employees for their courtesy and professionalism; thanks to them should the need arise I shall certainly call on your services again.

I called Maintracts at 1am when my boiler failed to work. I explained that I thought the water pressure had dropped as I could see on the guage it was very low and Malcolm, who answered the call, talked me through how to get my boiler working again. This didn’t cost me a penny and saved me spending at least £60 for a call out charge (which is what would have happened had I not called Maintracts!) I will continue to use Maintracts for all future problems as I could not fault the service at all…..very impressed!
