Malcolm founded Maintracts in 1974 and has played an active role in the company ever since, overseeing large and complex projects and helping to resolve any technical issues. He works closely with colleagues and customers, making sure that everyone remains in close contact and has a clear understanding of each project’s requirements. His problem-solving skills and industry knowledge help us to resolve challenging issues efficiently and without unnecessary delays. In his spare time, Malcolm relaxes by spending time with his family and grandchildren, and game fishing. |

Oliver is responsible for ensuring the company runs smoothly, dealing with any enquiries from our customers or engineers throughout the day. He loves to solve problems, particularly when other companies have been unable to, and is keen to ensure that all our work delivers excellent customer satisfaction. He joined the Maintracts team in 2001, following in his father’s footsteps. Oliver is highly organised and enjoys meeting with our customers to determine their requirements and provide the best possible solution. By drawing on his own practical experience in the industry, he ensures that issues and enquiries are resolved efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, and cycling. |

Nolo is responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations, making sure that all our customers receive a prompt and professional response from our team. He has been part of the Maintracts team since 2014, putting his strong communication and organisational skills to good use in his current role. He enjoys getting to know our customers and helping to resolve their issues. Outside the office, Nolo relaxes by playing sport and music, travelling, and meeting friends. |

David manages the day-to-day running of our boiler and heating services, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction. He has been part of the Maintracts team since 2008 and enjoys working alongside our engineers, helping them to succeed in their roles and achieve the right result for each job. In his spare time, David stays active by running and CrossFit training, though he also enjoys socialising and eating out. |

Scott handles a wide range of plumbing and heating enquiries, including specialised tasks such as fault finding, gas and water leak tracing, and thermal imaging surveys. He joined the Maintracts team in 2008 and enjoys the fast pace of his role, which often requires him to resolve urgent issues back-to-back throughout the day. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, socialising, and working out at his local gym. |

He has been part of the Maintracts team since 2010 and enjoys the variety that his role offers, finding that it allows him to develop new skills and put his problem-solving abilities to the test. A keen Arsenal fan, Paul follows the team closely and enjoys socialising, travelling, and working out in his spare time. |

A member of the Maintracts team since 2015, he appreciates the varied nature of his role, the ability to interact regularly with customers, and the need to resolve challenging issues efficiently. He enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, cycling, and running. |

He has been part of the Maintracts team since 2016, enjoying the supportive working environment and opportunity to resolve a wide range of issues. In his own time, he can often be found swimming, spending time with family, or relaxing with some home-cooked BBQ. |

He enjoys taking part in water sports in his free time. |

Outside of work, Chetna enjoys reading, cooking, dancing, and spending time with family. |

Daniel is a dedicated heating engineer who specialises in boiler servicing and repairs. He joined the Maintracts team in 2019 and has appreciated the variety within his role. He enjoys meeting with different clients on a daily basis and having the opportunity to solve their problems using his patient and meticulous approach. Outside of work, Daniel is a fan of football, golf, horse racing, and motorsport. |

He has a longstanding connection to Maintracts; not only has he been part of the team since 2004, his father also spent 22 years with the company. In his own time, Toby enjoys spending time with his wife and children. |
